About this book
In 2017-18 we will publish the first annual peer-reviewed volume of The British Journal of Shakespeare Studies, edited by Professor William Leahy of Brunel University, London assisted by a distinguished, international scholarly board.
Each volume will have a specific theme -
the first will be focussed on New Approaches to Studying Shakespeare.
Scholars are invited to submit proposals for inclusion in the Journal.
About the editor
Professor Leahy is a noted Shakespeare specialist who is Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) at Brunel University, London. He was previously Head of the School of Arts (now the College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences). He has published widely on both Shakespeare and early modern spectacle, culminating in his book Elizabethan Triumphal Processions (Ashgate, 2005) and in his 2010 edition of collected essays Shakespeare and his Authors: Critical Perspectives on the Authorship Question (Continuum). He is also the editor of My Shakespeare, to be published by EER in 2017.
